What is the warranty policy of Kohra Studio?
Our products are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty to ensure their quality. The warranty can last up to six months from the date of purchase. Each category and product's warranty timeline can vary, and is displayed on the respective product page under the Warranty tab.
What is included in the warranty?
Production defects that are related to materials or workmanship are included. Issues that can arise due to defects include bonding, stitching, material or component failure, and workmanship. This guarantee is only valid when the product is used under normal conditions and for the intended purpose.
What is not included in the warranty?
Kohra Studio warranties cannot be redeemed for misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, solvents, cleaning liquids, transportation damage, or any modification to a Kohra Studio item. We cannot be held accountable for any loss, damage, or cost that is caused by the use or loss of our products. It is important to note that normal wear and tear, such as the breakdown of colors and materials over time, is not considered a material or manufacturing defect and is therefore excluded from our warranty.
We are not going to honor warranties that are fake or fraudulent and have the right to reject any warranty claims we suspect are fraudulent (such as claims for intentional damage, duplicate claims, and counterfeit products).
What is the process for filing a warranty claim?
If you believe your product has been manufactured incorrectly, you can file a warranty claim. If you want to make a warranty claim, simply submit a ticket for that product to the Help Desk and our team will assist you with the necessary steps. We will make every effort to provide you with a satisfactory solution based on the criteria.
