What is the process for returning an item purchased on Kohra Studio?
The 'Easy Return Policy' provided by Kohra Studio enables customers to request a return or exchange within 30 days of the product being delivered. We are willing to accept partial returns, where you can request a return for either one or all of the products in your order.

Under your Profile in the Support section, include your name, registered phone number, registered email address, Query Type, Issue Type (where applicable), provide a description, and submit. Your ticket number will be displayed in a prompt from the Help Desk. You will see it on your screen and an email with identifying information will be sent to your registered address.

Picking up the products will take between 4-5 business days. A refund or replacement will be initiated at that point. If the products are not in the appropriate conditions, refunds/replacements will not be initiated.

What are the categories that cannot be returned/exchanged?
Discounted or coupon availed Products. Products with Daily Protection are not returnable, taking hygiene concerns into account. It should be noted that special return/exchange/refund rules may be imposed for certain marketing campaigns or mega sale periods. The promotion banner displays information about this. What is the proper way to handle receiving a damaged or defective item or the wrong product in my order?
We rigorously check the quality of our shipments before they leave our warehouse. If your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you have the option to request a replacement, cancellation, and refund. In the event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective or the wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate a return or refund within 2 days of receiving the order. To get in touch with our Customer Support team via the Help Desk, contact them within 2 business days of receiving your order. When our delivery partners mark the orders as 'delivered', the window will open. Due to the package being opened late, delayed queries will not be encouraged.
Ensure that you send us images and videos (JPEG only) in addition to your order details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective or incorrect items in your order. Your order will be assisted by our team in accordance with the policy it was placed under. The products will be picked up by us within 4-5 business days. Provided that the returned products are received in the aforementioned conditions, we will initiate a refund or replacement as requested. The availability of stock is dependent on whether it's a replacement or not. If a replacement is not available, we recommend choosing a product from the same category, which will be shared with our team.
Would it be possible to return a part of my order?
Yes, depending on their return policies, it is possible to make a partial return for the entire order and request a replacement or refund. It is necessary to return any product in its entirety, including all components and any complimentary gifts or products that came with it.
How much time would it take me to receive the refund for the returned product?
Kohra Studio only initiates the refund once the returned item has been received and the quality check has been successful. The time it takes for the courier partner to deliver the return to a Kohra Studio warehouse may affect the time it takes to initiate the refund. Kohra Studio reserves the right to ask you to share a screenshot of your bank statement with us in case of any refund discrepancies.
The refund amount will be reflected on the customer's account as per the following timelines after Kohra Studio initiates it according to the Returns Policy. The refund will be processed to the same account as the payment made through credit/debit cards or net banking within 24 to 48 business hours after we receive the products back. The amount may take 2-3 more business days to appear in your account.
