The shipping is free and there are no charges involved.
What is the delivery process and how does it work?
After your order is processed by our system, each product undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it is in perfect condition. We pack and deliver them to our trusted delivery partners after passing through the final round of quality checks. As soon as possible, our delivery partners will deliver the package to you. If they can't reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will get in touch with you to solve the problem.
What is the process for checking the status of my order?
Checking the status of your order can be done by tapping on the 'My Orders' section on the main menu of the website. You can reach out to us at the Help Desk.
My order will be shipped in multiple batches. What is its significance?
Don’t worry! This is a situation that is entirely normal. Our products are made to order specifically for customers. When there are multiple products, we ship each one as soon as it's processed, instead of waiting for the entire consignment to be processed.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Each product page has an estimated dispatch time listed under the Shipping and Returns tab. Your order will be dispatched and you'll receive an email with the tracking number and the courier company handling your order. Your package's status can be tracked 24 hours after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
